IF THE PARTIES HAVE ENTERED INTO A MASTER SERVICE AGREEMENT OR OTHER CONTRACT (“EXISTING AGREEMENT”) THAT COVERS THE GOODS OR SERVICES THAT ARE THE SUBJECT OF THIS PURCHASE ORDER AND SUCH EXISTING AGREEMENT IS STILL IN EFFECT SUCH EXISTING AGREEMENT SHALL GOVERN AND SHALL BE DEEMED SET OUT IN FULL IN THIS PURCHASE ORDER TO THE EXCLUSION OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS SET OUT BELOW.
