The Management Agent hereby acknowledges that the Owner has entered into an agreement in which it agrees that the development known as “ Apartments” is to be managed in accordance with the terms specified by the California Housing Finance Agency Regulatory Agreement, which is attached hereto and made a part of this Management Contract. The Management Agent agrees to abide by the requirements stated therein, and specifically acknowledges that this Management Contract may be terminated by the California Housing Finance Agency in accordance with Section of the Regulatory Agreement.
