This is an unsupervised pool and the key holder, as a signatory to this agreement, must take full responsibility for all the pool users under their charge and comply with the following Code of Conduct. The Board of Trustees undertakes to provide a pool environment that complies with the current water safety and swim safe guidelines. Pool safety is paramount, any pool user that fails to comply with the code of conduct and if directed to by Chairperson of the Board of Trustee may have their key forfeited.

As the context requires, the term “User” includes User’s minor children and family members residing at the address set forth below.
