This Consulting Agreement (this “Agreement”) is made and entered into as of January 13, 2020 (the “Effective Date”) by and between Kingscrowd, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company with its principal place of business at 16192 Coastal Highway, Lewes, Delaware, 19958 (the “Company”), and Ahmad Takatkah (“Consultant”), each herein referred to individually as a “Party,” or collectively as the “Parties”.
