This Mutual Release and Settlement Agreement (“Agreement”) has been entered this 29th day of May 2019 for good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of each of which is hereby acknowledged by all parties. This Agreement has two sets of parties.

This Subscription Agreement relates to my/our agreement to purchase shares of the common stock, $0.001 par value (the “Shares”) to be issued by StreamNet, Inc., a Nevada corporation (the “Issuer”), for a purchase price of Five Dollars ($5.00) per Share at the amount set forth on the signature page (“Subscription Price”), subject to the terms, conditions, acknowledgments, representations and warranties stated herein and in the Final Offering Circular for the sale of the Shares, dated March 18, 2019, as amended (collectively, the “Circular”). Capitalized terms used but not defined herein shall have the meanings given to them in the Circular.
