THIS CANCELLATION AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”), dated December 18, 2024, is made by and among Capstone Industries, Inc., a Florida corporation (the “Company”), Capstone Companies, Inc., a Florida corporation and the parent company of the Company, (“Parent”) and Stewart Wallach, a natural person, (the “Creditor”). Company, Parent and Creditor will be also referred to individually as a “party” and collectively, as the “parties”.
