This Director Agreement (this “Agreement”), dated and effective as of May 19, 2023 (the “Effective Date”), is made by Babylon Holdings Limited, a limited company incorporated under the laws of Jersey (“Company”), and Aidan de Brunner, a natural person and resident of the United Kingdom (the “Director”). The Company and the Director may also be referred to individually as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties.”
