THIS AGREEMENT, made by and between EA Series Trust, a Delaware statutory trust (the “Trust”), on behalf of the fund or funds listed on Schedule A attached hereto (individually, a “Fund,” and collectively, the “Funds”), and Empowered Funds, LLC dba EA Advisers, a Pennsylvania limited liability company (the “Adviser”) effective as of October 26, 2023 (the “Effective Date”).

This INVESTMENT SUB-ADVISORY AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is made as of this 26th day of October, 2023 by and between Empowered Funds, LLC, a Pennsylvania limited liability company with its principal place of business at 19 E. Eagle Road, Havertown, PA 19083 doing business as ETF Architect (the “Adviser”), EA Series Trust (the “Trust”), and 21Shares US LLC, a Delaware limited liability company with its principal place of business located at 477 Madison Avenue, New York, NY 10022 (the “Sub-Adviser”).

This Investment Sub-Sub-Advisory Agreement (the “Agreement”) is made and entered into as of this 30th day of October, 2023 by and among and 21Shares US LLC, a Delaware limited liability company with its principal place of business located at 37 West 20th Street, Suite 1101, New York, NY 10011 (the “Sub-Adviser”), and ARK Investment Management LLC, a Delaware limited liability company having its principal place of business located at 200 Central Ave, Suite 220, St. Petersburg, FL 33701 (“ARK” or the “Sub-Sub-Adviser”);
