This Sub-Advisory Agreement (the “Agreement”) is made as of July 21, 2023, by and among Empowered Funds, LLC, a Pennsylvania limited liability company with its principal place of business at 19 E. Eagle Road, Havertown, PA 19083 doing business as ETF Architect (the “Adviser”); EA Series Trust (the “Trust”); Strive Asset Management, LLC (“Strive”), an Ohio limited liability company with its principal business address located at 6555 Longshore Street, Suite 220 Dublin, OH 43017 (“Strive Sub-Adviser”); and Angel Oak Capital Advisors, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company with its principal business address located at 3344 Peachtree Road NE, Suite 1725, Atlanta, Georgia 30326 (“Angel Oak Sub-Adviser”).
