This amended and restated Investment Advisory Agreement (“Agreement”) is by and between KFA Global Carbon Subsidiary, Ltd. (the “Fund”), a Cayman Islands exempted limited company and wholly-owned subsidiary of KraneShares Global Carbon ETF (“KRBN”), a series of KraneShares Trust (“Trust”), and Krane Funds Advisors, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (the “Adviser”), and is dated as of March 19, 2021.
