THIS FIRST AMENDMENT TO EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (this “First Amendment”), is made as of March 13, 2024 (the “Amendment Effective Date”), by and between GoodRx, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Corporation”) and Scott Wagner (“Executive”).
