THIS AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO CREDIT AGREEMENT (this “Amendment”) is made as of December 18, 2018, by and among ARCOSA, INC., a Delaware corporation (the “Borrower”), the lenders listed on the signature pages hereof (the “Lenders”), and JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, as Administrative Agent (in such capacity, the “Administrative Agent”), under that certain Credit Agreement, dated as of November 1, 2018, by and among the Borrower, the lenders from time to time party thereto and the Administrative Agent (as amended, restated, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time, the “Credit Agreement”).
