THIS LOAN MODIFICATION AGREEMENT AND AMENDMENT TO LOAN DOCUMENTS (this “Agreement”) is being entered into as of the 18th day of October, 2019, but effective as of the 1st day of October, 2019, by and among CONSTRUCTION PARTNERS HOLDINGS, INC., a Delaware corporation, formerly known as Construction Partners, Inc.
