THIS ASSET PURCHASE AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”), dated as of July 8, 2021, is by and among, PerfX Wireline Services, LLC, a Nevada limited liability company (“Seller”) Bravo Wireline, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“Purchaser”), solely for the purposes of Section 1.2(b)(i), Section 1.3, Article III, Section 4.1, Section 4.13 and Article VII, Ranger Energy Services, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“Parent”), and, solely for the purposes of Section 4.6, Article VI (as applicable) and Article VII, each of Charlie Thomas, an individual residing in Colorado, Shelby Sullivan, an individual residing in North Dakota, Jeff Thomas, an individual residing in Nevada, and Jimmie Hayes, an individual residing in North Dakota (collectively, the “Owners”).
