Reference is made to that certain Securities Purchase Agreement, dated November 10, 2021 (the "Purchase Agreement"), between Tribal Rides International Corp. (the "Company") and AJB Capital Investments, LLC (the "Purchaser"; and, together with the Company, the "Parties").
