This Amendment to and Assignment of the Transfer Agency and Service Agreement dated October 3, 2012, as amended (“Agreement”), between State Street Bank and Trust Company (“State Street”) and Dimensional Emerging Markets Value Fund (the “Funds”) is made as of the 1st day of October, 2023 (the “Effective Date”). In accordance with Section 15.1 (Amendment) of the Agreement, the parties desire to amend the Agreement as set forth herein.
