This Agreement sets forth the terms and conditions upon which the Seller is selling to the Purchaser and the Purchaser is purchasing from the Seller 51% ownership of Petro Line FZ-LLC a company registered in United Arab Emirates (license no 8000396) (the “Company”), constituting fifty-one percent of the outstanding capital stock of the Company. (Hereinafter referred to as the “Shares”).
