THIS AGREEMENT (this "Agreement'') is made as of February 1, 2016 (the "Effective Date"), between Rx Safes,Inc. (the "Company"), doing business at 170 South Green Valley Parkway, Suite 300, Henderson, NV 89012 and William Koch (the "Employee"), residing at 3983 Timberbrook Court, Commerce, MI. The Company and the Employee are sometimes hereinafter referred to individually as a "Party" and together as "Parties." Capitalized terms used in this Agreement but not otherwise defined herein shall have the meaning given to them in Section 12 below.
