This letter (this “Agreement”) sets forth the terms of your employment as Chief Executive Officer of Dynatronics Corporation, a Utah corporation (the “Company”). This document constitutes a formal Master Service Agreement (the “Agreement”) between Dynatronics (“Customer”) and Millstone Medical Outsourcing, LLC (“Millstone”). This Agreement will begin as of the date that this Agreement is executed by both parties and shall remain in effect for an initial term of three (3) years from that date and may be extended or terminated pursuant to the terms of this Agreement.
