This Agreement for Community Corrections Monitoring Services (hereinafter referred to as "Agreement"), entered into by and between Track Group. (hereinafter referred to as "Contractor") and Marion County Community Corrections Agency, by and through the Marion County Community Corrections Board, (hereinafter referred to as "County"), is executed pursuant to the terms and conditions set forth herein.
