THIS REAL PROPERTY MANAGEMENT AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is effective as of the 21st day of November, 2019, by and between Hartman Park Ten Place I & II, LLC, a Texas limited liability company (“Company”), and Hartman Income REIT Management, Inc., a Texas corporation (“Manager”).
