This Consultancy Agreement (the "Agreement") is made and entered into this June 25, 2015 (the "Effective Date") by and between Lans Holdings Inc. with its principal place of business located at 801 Brickell Avenue Suite 900, Miami FL, 33131. (the "Company") and SPSR Professionals, LLC with his principal place of business located at 7 Priory Road, West Windsor, NJ 08550 (the "Consultant") (hereinafter referred to individually as a "Party" and collectively as "the Parties").
