This Note is a duly authorized Fixed Convertible Promissory Note of Indoor Harvest Corp. a corporation duly organized and existing under the laws of the State of Texas (the “Company”), designated as the Company's 8% Fixed Convertible Promissory Note in the principal amount of $550,000 (the “Note”).
