This 2020 REPLACEMENT TERM LOAN AMENDMENT (ELEVENTH AMENDMENT TO CREDIT AGREEMENT) (this “Agreement”) is dated as of July 6, 2020, and is entered into by and among HORIZON GLOBAL CORPORATION, a Delaware corporation (“Borrower”), Cortland Capital Market Services LLC (as successor to JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A.), as administrative agent (in such capacity, “Agent”), and the financial institutions party to this Agreement as Lenders.
