THIS SECOND AMENDMENT TO CREDIT AGREEMENT, dated as of July 15 2025 (this “Amendment”), is by and among INFUSYSTEM HOLDINGS, INC. (successor in interest to IFC LLC and InfuSystem Holdings USA, Inc.) and INFUSYSTEM, INC. (successor in interest to First Biomedical, Inc.) (collectively, the "Borrowers"), the lenders party hereto (collectively, the “Lenders” and individually, a “Lender”), and JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, N.A., a national banking association, as administrative agent for the Lenders (in such capacity, the “Administrative Agent”).
