This EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is made effective as of February 5, 2025 (the “Effective Date”), by and among Digital Turbine, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), and Stephen Lasher with address at 5 Church Street, Granite Springs, NY 10527 (the “Executive”). Executive’s employment shall commence on February 5, 2025, at 5:01pm Eastern Time (the “Start Date”).
