This SEPARATION AND DISTRIBUTION AGREEMENT, dated as of March 31, 2024 (this “Agreement”), is by and between 3M Company, a Delaware corporation (“Parent”), and Solventum Corporation, a Delaware corporation (“SpinCo”).
