This CONFIDENTIAL EXECUTIVE EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT dated as of October 25, 2023 (this “Agreement”) is entered into by and between Mike Snavely (“Executive”) and Phunware, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”).
