This Restricted Stock Units Agreement (“Agreement”) (consisting of the Designations herein and the Restricted Stock Units Terms and Conditions attached hereto) evidences the grant by HORACE MANN EDUCATORS CORPORATION, a Delaware corporation (the “Company”) to you of service-based Restricted Stock Units (“SBRSUs”) under the 2010 Comprehensive Executive Compensation Plan (as amended from time to time) (the “Plan”), as an employee of the Company.
