(“Blackstone”). This Amended and Restated Sub-Manager Fee Agreement letter agreement amends and restates in its entirety that certain Sub-Manager Fee Agreement” letter agreement, dated December 31, 2019, by and between FGL Holdings and the Investment Manager.
