This VOTING AND SUPPORT AGREEMENT, dated as of December 10, 2020 (this “Agreement”), is made and entered into by and between Zephyr Parent, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“Parent”), ZAGG Inc, a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), and the undersigned stockholders (the “Stockholders”) of the Company.
