BioInnovation Labs LLC or its affiliates (collectively, “BioLabs”) and the licensee identified on the signature page of this agreement (“Client” or “Licensee”) hereby agree as of 30 May 2019 (the “Commencement Date”), to the following terms and conditions (the “Agreement”).
