THIS EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (together with its Exhibits, this “Agreement”) by and between Chimera Investment Corporation (together with its successors and assigns, the “Company”) and Choudhary Yarlagadda (“Executive”, and together with the Company, a “Party”) dated December 17, 2018 and effective as of January 1, 2019 (the “Effective Date”).
