AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO THE CREDIT AGREEMENT (this “Amendment”), dated as of December 1, 2014 among CATALENT PHARMA SOLUTIONS, INC., a Delaware corporation (the “Borrower”), PTS INTERMEDIATE HOLDINGS LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“Holdings”), MORGAN STANLEY SENIOR FUNDING, INC.
