This TENTH AMENDMENT TO UNCOMMITTED CREDIT AGREEMENT (this “Tenth Amendment”) dated as of March 20, 2018 is among A-MARK PRECIOUS METALS, INC., a Delaware corporation (the “Borrower”), the undersigned Lenders and COÖPERATIEVE RABOBANK U.A., NEW YORK BRANCH, as Administrative Agent (the “Agent”).
