This Second Amendment to Promissory Note (this “Agreement”), dated and effective March 27, 2020 (the “Effective Date”), amends that certain $25,000 Promissory Note dated October 29, 2019, as amended by the First Amendment to Promissory Note dated January 29, 2020 (as amended to date, the “Note”)1, by and between Monaker Group, Inc., a Nevada company (“Borrower”) and Pasquale LaVecchia (“Lender”). Certain capitalized terms used below but not otherwise defined shall have the meanings given to such terms in the Note.

Monaco Insurance Trust (“Lender”). Certain capitalized terms used below but not otherwise defined shall have the meanings given to such terms in the Note.
