Subject to the terms and conditions of this Notice of Restricted Stock Unit Award (this “Notice”), the Restricted Stock Unit Award Agreement attached hereto (the “Award Agreement”), and the Amended and Restated LGI Homes, Inc. 2013 Equity Incentive Plan (as amended and restated May 4, 2017) (the “Plan”), LGI Homes, Inc. (the “Company”) hereby grants the individual designated below (the “Participant”) the number of Restricted Stock Units below (the “RSUs”).
