The Trust has been organized to engage in the business of a registered open-end investment company. The Trust currently offers several series of shares to investors, four of which are the Fisher Investments Institutional Group Stock Fund for Retirement Plans, the Fisher Investments Institutional Group Fixed Income Fund for Retirement Plans, the Fisher Investments Institutional Group ESG Stock Fund for Retirement Plans, and the Fisher Investments Institutional Group ESG Fixed Income Fund for Retirement Plans (each, a “Fund” or collectively, the "Funds").
