This Amendment (“Amendment”) is made as of October 28, 2021 by and between Unified Series Trust (the “Trust”) and Silk Invest Limited (the “Adviser”), and amends the Management Agreement between the Trust and the Adviser (the “Agreement”) made as of February 12, 2018, pursuant to which the Adviser agreed to act as the sole investment adviser of the Silk Invest New Horizons Frontier Fund (the “Fund”).

THIS OPERATING EXPENSE LIMITATION AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is effective as of the 28th day of October, 2021, by and between UNIFIED SERIES TRUST, an Ohio business trust (the “Trust”), on behalf of each series of the Trust set forth on Appendix A attached hereto (each a “Fund” and collectively the “Funds”) and the investment adviser of the Funds, Silk Invest Limited (the “Adviser”), and amends and restates the Operating Expense Limitation Agreement dated February 12, 2018 between the Trust and the Adviser, as amended August 19, 2020.
