THIS AMENDED AND RESTATEDOPERATING EXPENSES LIMITATION AND SECURITY AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is made as of the 20th day of January, 2020, by and between NORTHERN LIGHTS FUND TRUST IV, a Delaware statutory trust (the “Trust”), on behalf of the Moerus Worldwide Value Fund (the “Fund”) a series of the Trust, and the advisor of the Fund, Moerus Capital Management LLC (the “Advisor”).
