This AGREEMENT is made as of October 7, 2015 between NORTHERN LIGHTS FUND TRUST IV, a Delaware statutory trust (the “Trust”), and MEASURED RISK PORTFOLIOS, INC. a California corporation (the “Adviser”) located at 5405 Morehouse Drive, Suite 230, San Diego, California 92121.

WHEREAS, the Advisor renders advice and services to the Fund pursuant to the terms and provisions of an Investment Advisory Agreement between the Trust and the Advisor dated as of the 7th day of October, 2015 (the “Advisory Agreement”); and

THIS CUSTODY AGREEMENT (“Agreement”), dated as of October 7, 2015, is entered into by and between THE HUNTINGTON NATIONAL BANK, a national bank organized under the laws of the United States (the “Custodian” or “Bank”), and NORTHERN LIGHTS FUND TRUST IV, a trust formed under the laws of the State of Delaware (the “Company”).
