THIS INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR SERVICES AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is entered into as of February 23, 2021 (the “Effective Date”) between AppTech, Corp., A Wyoming Corporation having an address at 5876 Owens Ave. Suite 100 Carlsbad, Ca 92008 (hereinafter “Company”) and Innovations Realized, LLC, a California Limited Liability Company having an address at 3830 Valley Centre Dr. #705-222 San Diego, CA 92130-2520 (hereinafter “Contractor”) (each, a “Party”) (collectively the “Parties”). This Agreement supersedes any and all Independent Contractor Agreements between the Parties.
