This SHARE PURCHASE AGREEMENT, dated as of June 10, 2019, is entered into by and among Blue Fountains International, ULC (“Buyer”), an unlimited liability corporation existing under the Business Corporation Act (Alberta), HRB Tax Group, Inc. (“Parent”), a corporation existing under the Laws of the State of Missouri, Wave Financial Inc.
