This SECOND AMENDMENT TO CREDIT AGREEMENT (this “Amendment”) is entered into as of April 12, 2016, among Internap Corporation (f/k/a Internap Network Services Corporation), a Delaware corporation (the “Borrower”), each of the Lenders (as defined below) party hereto and Jefferies Finance LLC, as Administrative Agent (in such capacity, the “Administrative Agent”), and is acknowledged and consented to by each Guarantor.
