This AMENDED AND RESTATED EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is made and entered into as of June 26, 2015 (the “Effective Date”) by and between Bridge Bancorp, Inc. (the “Company”), a New York corporation, Bridgehampton National Bank (the “Bank”), a bank organized and existing under the laws of the United States of America and a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company, and Howard H. Nolan (the “Executive”).
