David Eberle (“Eberle”), and ARC Group, Inc. f/k/a American Restaurant Concepts, Inc., including any of its past, present or future parent subsidiary, affiliated, and related entities, including but not limited to Dick’s Wings and their respective past, present, or future directors, administrators, officers, employees, agents, attorneys, representatives, and assigns (collectively “ARC”).
