This Second Amended and Restated Employment Agreement (this “Agreement”) is entered into effective as of the 1st day of January, 2022 by and between Louis Sheinker (“Executive”), an individual residing at 24 Margarets Drive #1589, Shelter Island, New York 11964, and GTJ REIT, Inc., a Maryland corporation (together with any successor entity of GTJ REIT, Inc., the “Company”) with principal offices at 1399 Franklin Avenue, Suite 100, Garden City, New York 11530. Executive and Company may be referred to collectively as the “Parties.”
