THIS LOAN AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is made and entered into as of March 23, 2021, by and among SPIRE MISSOURI INC., a Missouri corporation (the “Borrower”), the Banks from time to time party hereto, U.S. Bank National Association, as the Administrative Agent for the Banks, and Royal Bank Of Canada, Regions Bank, TD Bank, N.A. and Wells Fargo Bank, National Association, as Co-Documentation Agents.
