This THIRD AMENDMENT TO AMENDED AND RESTATED UNCOMMITTED CREDIT AGREEMENT AND CONSENT (this “Third Amendment”) dated as of September 2, 2020 is among A-MARK PRECIOUS METALS, INC., a Delaware corporation (the “Borrower”), the undersigned Lenders and COÖPERATIEVE RABOBANK U.A., NEW YORK BRANCH, as Administrative Agent (the “Administrative Agent”).
