This Limited Waiver Agreement (“Agreement”) is made and entered into effective as of July 17, 2019 (the “Effective Date”), by and between ABE South Dakota, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“Borrower”), and AgCountry Farm Credit Services, PCA, a federal production credit association organized under the Farm Credit Act of 1971, as amended (“Lender”).
